1 Chef's knife
1 food processor
1 juice squeezer
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 cloves garlic
- 50 g olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
Begin by washing the dill with cold water and patting it dry with a clean towel. Once dry, chop the dill coarsely.
Place the chopped dill in a medium-sized bowl.
Cut the lemon in half and use one of the halves to squeeze the juice. You can use a simple juice squeezer: firmly press down on the lemon half and twist it back and forth to release the juice.
Cut the garlic cloves into rough and large pieces.
Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, honey, and olive oil to the bowl with dill. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a food processor and blend for two minutes or until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Once blended, transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later use.
