Ukrainian Beet Salad with Prunes and Walnuts

If you have several beets, prunes, walnuts and garlic, make a delicious salad that is packed with health benefits. Use pre-cooked beets, don't add salt or any spices. Substitute mayo with sour cream if you wish. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium-sized beets, cooked and peeled
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 10 prunes
  • 10 walnut halves
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Grate the boiled, peeled, and cooled beets in a bowl.
  • Slice prunes, chop walnuts, and grate garlic.
  • Combine prunes, walnuts, and garlic with the beets and mix well.
