Ukrainian Beet Salad with Prunes and Walnuts
If you have several beets, prunes, walnuts and garlic, make a delicious salad that is packed with health benefits. Use pre-cooked beets, don't add salt or any spices. Substitute mayo with sour cream if you wish. Enjoy!

- 5 medium-sized beets, cooked and peeled
- 5 garlic cloves
- 10 prunes
- 10 walnut halves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Grate the boiled, peeled, and cooled beets in a bowl.
Slice prunes, chop walnuts, and grate garlic.
Combine prunes, walnuts, and garlic with the beets and mix well.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well.
Serve cold.
