Combine almond flour with sliced prunes, add coconut oil and maple syrup, and mix well. Add nuts to the mixture and mix again.
Knead the dough gently with your hands. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, line the baking dish with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
Take a piece of the dough and roll an egg, then place it on the baking pan. Continue until all the dough is used.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the oven and cool them at room temperature for about 20 minutes. They need some time to become a little firmer; however, the texture will still be relatively soft.
Serve. There is no need to refrigerate leftovers. You can sprinkle the eggs with coconut flakes.
